Goers to the Harry Styles concert in Edinburgh have been instructed to print their tickets before arriving at the venue after Beyoncé’s cell phone tickets collapsed last weekend.

concert goers in Edinburgh They have been told they must print their tickets prior to the Harry Styles performances at BT Murrayfield on Friday 26th May and Saturday 27th May in order to gain entry.

“You MUST print your ticket before coming to the venue. otherwise you will not be granted entry,” read the email sent to ticket holders for the Murrayfield shows this weekend.

The email comes after several Beyoncé fans struggled to access her show at the venue on Saturday, May 20. Some fans said they couldn’t get cell phone signal outside of the venue, while others said the Ticketmaster app wasn’t working.

“It was chaos — people couldn’t get tickets,” said one Beyoncé fan. “They wouldn’t accept screenshots either. It took us an hour to get a signal, and that’s only because we went to a fairly distant pub that had free wifi, so stood outside and the app finally worked. But a lot of people had the same problems and were late for the concert as a result.”

Meanwhile, the email sent to Harry Styles concert-goers urged fans not to arrive at the venue before 12 noon on the day of the event, out of respect for local residents. Last weekend, Beyoncé fans began queuing outside BT Murrayfield early in the morning, hours before the concert began, making for an uneasy morning for local residents.

Harry Styles will play two shows at BT Murrayfield on Friday 26th May and Saturday 27th May as part of his Love On Tour. Originally scheduled for just one performance, the pop star added an extra night due to popular demand. He will be joined at both performances by indie rock sensation Wet Leg.
