RIOTUSA, the hit producer behind Ice Spice’s biggest singles including “Munch (Feelin’ U)”, “Princess Diana (Remix)” and “In Ha Mood”, has signed to Warner Chappell Music.

Warner Chappell Music has signed a worldwide publishing deal with up-and-coming producer and songwriter RIOTUSA, Ice Spice’s main collaborator on most of their hit singles. Most recently he worked with her and Nicki Minaj on her Princess Diana (Remix) and produced Ice’s In Ha Mood, Munch (Feelin’ U), Bikini Bottom and more.

Riot has had five Billboard Hot 100 hits this year for his work with Ice Spice and has been at #1 on Billboard’s Top Producers list for several weeks. He produced Nicki Minaj’s “Barbie World” and Ice Spice with Aqua (“Barbie Girl”) for the upcoming Barbie movie, which is slated to hit theaters June 23 with an accompanying music video.

Additionally, Riot teamed up with Ice Spice and Taylor Swift to co-write the duo’s “Karma” remix, giving Ice Spice the biggest streaming debut by a female rapper in global Spotify history. He contributed to PinkPantheress’ Boy’s a liar Pt. 2″ featuring Ice Spice, which peaked at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 – at the time the highest-charting single for both artists.

“Warner Chappell respected me and encouraged me to build,” says Riot (pictured left). “Ryan (Press) values my vision and goals as a creative and I know what he has brought to other artists. I want to inspire others to pursue their dreams and Warner Chappell will help me achieve those goals.”

“Riot has quickly become one of the most exciting and sought-after producers in New York’s legendary hip-hop scene,” adds Ryan Press, President of Warner Chappell Music North America (pictured right). “He’s creating hit after hit with Ice Spice and we’re very fortunate to be able to support him at this stage in his journey. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest hip-hop music producers in the early stages of their careers, and I know Riot is on track to become one of the finest producers of its generation.”

“Riot has now proven he’s a proven hitmaker through his frequent collaborations with one of hip-hop’s hottest artists, Ice Spice,” concludes James Rosemond Jr., CEO and founder of Mastermind Artists and manager of RIOTUSA and Ice Spice. “Having racked up multiple Billboard Hot 100 entries and radio hits, we knew it was the right time to find a publishing administration partner to help sync, license and collect Riot’s works.”

“Ryan Press understood Riot’s purpose, vision and value, and this next chapter with Ryan and the global Warner Chappell team as part of our extended family will only expand Riot’s reach and take its efforts to a new level in this highly competitive environment .” Rosemond continues. “I’m excited to see what’s next for Riot.”
