Qobuz publishes the Jerry Garcia Complete Solo Catalog, which includes the artist’s complete live and studio discography in hi-res with the Jerry Garcia Family’s “seal of approval”.

Hi-Res streaming and download provider Qobuz has released Jerry Garcia’s complete solo catalog on the platform, both on the app and online. Working directly with the Jerry Garcia family, the entire discography of both live and studio recordings is available mostly in Hi-Res and in the best resolution available.

“Our family strives to spread our father’s music around the world in the highest quality possible,” says Trixie Garcia, Jerry’s daughter. “Jerry loved making music and today we’re extending his legacy to both new and veteran fans alike with the release of his catalog on Qobuz.” Sit with friends and enjoy Jerry’s music knowing the shared dedication and effort to offer the fans the best possible quality!”

Qobuz wants to stand out from most music providers as a platform for music lovers who want high definition content to stream and download. To that end, with Jerry Garcia’s entire solo catalog, the Grateful Dead’s full streaming catalog and all the exclusives on offer – editorial features, liner notes, curated playlists and more – Qobuz is the ultimate destination for deadheads seeking the most immersive “Als -you-there-were-there” listening experience.

“Jerry Garcia moved between genres with such ease and explored these spaces with such a high level of creativity and technique,” adds Sujan Hong, Head of Music Content at Qobuz. “It’s a pleasure to share this catalog with seasoned fans to experience Hi-Res Audio in a new way, and newcomers to discover it for the first time.”

The forthcoming release of Qobuz from the Garcia Vault is June 30th. Garcia Live Volume 20: June 18, 1982, Cape Cod Coliseum. The latest entry in the GarciaLive archive series includes the track ‘Valerie’, which is available ahead of release on Qobuz.
