South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE tops the NetEase Cloud Music chart with 300,000 copies sold of their latest mini-album.

Chinese online music platform NetEase Cloud Music has announced South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE’s latest mini-album has dominated the platform’s 2023 charts with sales of 300,000 copies. The six-song mini-album is titled “I FEEL” debuted on NetEase Cloud Music on May 15, 2023 and quickly racked up more than 20 million streams.

The platform provides virtual album-specific features in NetEase Cloud Music, including profile photo decoration, pink theme, and exclusive images and videos. Meanwhile, the company deployed digital LED billboards in central business districts in five cities around the world to “intensify user engagement and create closer connections between musicians and their fans.”

(G)I-DLE has enjoyed growing popularity across the platform since the debut of their full-length album. i never dieand her fifth mini-album, I LOVE. Digital sales of these two releases and the latest mini-album total over 1.5 million copies sold on NetEase Cloud Music, resulting in over 264 million streams.
