Snoop Dogg and Master P, as part of a new partnership with Post Consumer Brands, are introducing a range of three new breakfast cereals hitting grocery store shelves nationwide this summer.
Snoop Dogg and Master P’s Broadus Foods works with Post-Consumer Brands to release a collection of three new strains Snoop Cereal, full of “tasty notes” and with unforgettable mascots. The collaboration is supported by the hip-hop moguls and post-consumer brands’ shared passion to feed families and empower diverse communities. The new collection hits the shelves this summer.
The colorful Snoop cereal boxes contain a range of cute animal characters: Captain Ace, Max, Hercules, Roxy and Mr. Polar Bear. The three new crops hitting the market nationwide are:
- Snoop Cereal Fruity Hoopz with Marshmallows, “a sweetened multigrain cereal with fun, bright colors packed with a dash of undeniably fruity deliciousness.”
- Snoop Cereal Cinnamon Toasteez, “A delicious, sweetened, crunchy wheat and rice cereal with just the right amount of cinnamon.”
- Snoop Cereal Frosted Drizzlerz, “a sweetened, crunchy, frosted whole wheat cereal that meets WIC listing requirements.”
Every purchase of Snoop Cereal supports those in need, as Broadus Foods donates a portion of the proceeds from each sale to charities like Door of Hope that fight homelessness and food insecurity.
“We want to make sure kids and kids at heart can enjoy a Champion Breakfast,” says Percy “Master P” Miller. “Our motto is: the more we do, the more we give. Having grown up at WIC, I am honored and honored to now own, in Snoop, a business that can support underprivileged families. Partnering with Post Consumer Brands made sense in light of our shared mission to strengthen the economy and bring diversity to black-owned breakfast food stores.”
The cereal brand is celebrating the launch with an entertainment experience curated by Snoop and Master P, leveraging its social media followers to provide interactive online content, real-time social engagement and an “evolving ecosystem of unforgettable characters.”
“Creating wealth for generations is an important message to share with the world,” adds Snoop Dogg, whose name is Calvin Broadus – founder of Broadus Foods. “It’s a blessing to come from hip-hop and to be able to turn a family name into a product that my children, grandchildren and many others will be a part of. We are making history and next is Momma Snoop products.”
“Working with Post Consumer Brands guarantees the highest quality, the widest range of flavors and the best tasting product on the market,” he continues. “Master P and I are the new kings of breakfast food.”
“At Post Consumer Brands, our goal is to make delicious food accessible to all, and we’ve been feeding families for more than 125 years,” concludes TD Dixon, Chief Growth Officer at Post Consumer Brands.
“When Snoop Dogg and Master P approached us with the opportunity to produce Snoop Cereal for Broadus Foods, we were immediately won over by our shared passion for feeding all families, building diversity and economic development, and serving communities. We are excited to be working with a company that cares about family and community as much as we do.”
